Alcoholic commuter, Rachel, obsesses about a couple she watches from her train window, imagining how perfect their lives are during the weekday commutes.

After the woman disappears, Rachel takes it upon herself to try to help with the case, only for the investigation to focus in on her instead. The story is told from the perspective of Rachel's own blackout induced memories making her entirely unreliable.

REST for its Autumn Production is taking a different turn from comedies into this popular thriller that was adapted from book, to movie to theater.
